There are alway suspicious packages found all over the place.

There will be a slew of them commented on given recent events but it isn't unusual to find a backpack, a briefcase, a paper bag left inadvertently by an innocent person.

However this wasn't the case. It was on a pallet of cargo to be loaded on the ship and two different dogs alerted their handlers of a potential bomb at the same spot. Not just a backpack left unattended.

Never the less, we will typically overreact to everything for a couple of weeks, then go back to sleep.

Or wake up when someone on the cruise comes on to complain about the poor embarkation and why they didn't get a free cruise for their wait:p

The problem is these tragedies often spur copy cats into action, so we have to be extra vigilant for a while ... at the very least until we know whether the perpetrator in Boston was a lone wolf or part of something larger.

There are a lot of people out there looking for a different type of glory than what I would be looking for.

They are sick in the mind.

And since the Boston incident, these incidents are going to keep happening for awhile.

Any type of packages are getting special attention these days. Learn to live with it. It has become part of the landscape since 9/11.
