pookiesue Posted April 18, 2013 #1 Share Posted April 18, 2013 Wanting to go on either Allure of the Seas or the Oasis of the Seas at the end of May beginning of June 2014. Could anyone help me to decide which one would be better? I definitely would like to go to the sailing that goes to St. Thomas and St. Maarten. Rare Keith1010 Posted April 18, 2013 #2 Share Posted April 18, 2013 I would post this on the RCI Cruise Line Board. Keep in mind in that time of year you probably have one choice. Keith
CruiserBruce Posted April 18, 2013 #3 Share Posted April 18, 2013 The RCI board is here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=83 You do realize the Allure and the Oasis are twin sisters? I don't know all their ports, but the alternate weeks- one week Oasis is Eastern Caribbean and Allure is Western. Then they flip the following week. Ashland Posted April 18, 2013 #4 Share Posted April 18, 2013 And Oasis sails on Saturdays and Allure on Sundays if that matters.
boulders Posted April 19, 2013 #5 Share Posted April 19, 2013 Allure has the show "Chicago" and Oasis has "Hairspray".
paul929207 Posted April 19, 2013 #6 Share Posted April 19, 2013 The ships are sisters and you will not find significant differences
Eng23 Posted April 19, 2013 #7 Share Posted April 19, 2013 The western itineraries are Labadee, Haiti, Falmouth, Jamaica, and Cozumel, Mexico. The eastern itineraries are Nassau, Bahamas, St. Thomas, USVI, and St. Maarten. Both ships do these itineraries, if Oasis is on the western route the Allure will be on the eastern route.
