Final payment

My online TA is closed today so I am hoping someone out there can answer this question. If you have made final payment through a TA but in actuality X's final payment isn't due for another 10 days, can you get a refund within those 10 days for price drops or cabin changes to a lesser category even though you've paid in full?

Short answer, Yes. Final payment is a Celebrity rule, not a TA rule. They just want payment to make sure they have taken care of you with Celebrity so you don't violate the final payment date.
