Yes, that's because he was at that conference the week before. I didn't subtract the conference week from everyone's dates and restart them after the conference was over.

 

That conference really made keeping up this list very confusing!

I spoke to Joff recently, he said he gets on the Anthem 18th March and will be off either 1st or 15th September [emoji53]

 

Perhaps you could find out from Joff, who the AM will be on Anthem with him when it comes out. If you can PLEASE post it to the thread about AM's: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2158014.

Thank you. Michele is the Activities Manager, not the CD. He did fill-in as CD when the regular CDs attended a conference at corporate., so that must have been the week of your sailing. Jerome is confirmed as onboard as CD as of yesterday. Jerome is from France and fluent in 5 languages, so it seems that Allure is filling up with European activities staff in preparation for the upcoming summer itinerary!

There is a ton of opinions on Jimmy Rhodes on this thread.

 

My opinion: He is the worst CD in the fleet. He doesn't schedule enough activities, the activities staff under his leadership is disorganized and uninspired, and the activities that he hosts are not run as efficiently and are not as entertaining as the very same activities when other more dynamic CDs are in charge. He laughs at his own jokes, which aren't funny. He talks too fast.

 

I know people say that a CD doesn't make or break a cruise, but our New Years Eve cruise on Explorer was a very cold weather cruise, and it was a disappointment. He wasn't any better on our Quantum cruise. I will try to avoid sailing with him in the future.

Marc wants to stay at Port Canaveral and will try to switch to Rhapsody when she comes but it's all up to the head office.

Explorer: Who will be the CD when the ship returns to service after drydock?

 

Just off the Explorer and could not find out who the new CD is. Leigh is currently not on the boat and his dates on the Indy changed to May 10th through Sept 8th. The CD staff was unsure who was showing up as off yesterday and most of the CD staff was leaving the boat today so it was hard to get information.
