DrivesLikeMario Posted September 5, 2013 #26 Share Posted September 5, 2013 We sailed on the Sapphire in MAY ...loved the ship..even being an Elite member..it was our first time on the Sapphire and it truly was one of our favorite ships...Love the four dining rooms....We would sail on it again in a heartbeat if we had the chance. I totally agree with you and that's why we booked a last cruise on her this Dec. Can't wait! Love this ship and will really miss her and the Diamond. san diego sue Posted September 5, 2013 #27 Share Posted September 5, 2013 When the new furniture was installed Caribe deck no longer has the four chairs, just two chairs and two footstools and a table. Was on the Sapphire in May.Same thing on the Star. We were on in Dec for a month. Halfway through got new furniture and instead of 4 chairs had only two. Was recently again on the Star and still only two chairs on Caribe. Noticed that Baja didn't even have the foot stools. So I imagine most of the Princess ships are that way on Caribe. cvpends Posted September 6, 2013 #28 Share Posted September 6, 2013 Our Caribe Deck balcony this April had two non-reclining chairs, 2 footstools, and a table. I've never seen loungers on the Caribe Deck reg. balcony cabins. Not sure if this is something really new. What we've always had are 4 chairs and they can recline (just the back portion), a table and 2 footstools. The Caribe Deck is our favorite too. taxmantoo Posted September 6, 2013 #29 Share Posted September 6, 2013 Unfortunately we can't book her as she is going to Asia. So much for everyone's favorite ship.... Fortunately for us, she is going to Asia and we booked her :D

DrivesLikeMario Posted September 6, 2013 #31 Share Posted September 6, 2013 Our Caribe Deck balcony this April had two non-reclining chairs, 2 footstools, and a table. You were missing 2 chairs then! You could've asked your cabin steward for the 2 that have the reclining back.
