I certainly don't think you should be late to board because you are bring inconsiderate of other passengers and the crew but the last thing I would be care about is a letter of reprimand

they were lucky they could board. Also this water taxi isn't free. I remember 2 people 25 years ago loading in San Pedro complaining about having to spend $100, which was a lot of money then. I would speculate it's a lot more now. This would have been out of Bermuda?
