ContessaK Posted September 3, 2013 #1 Share Posted September 3, 2013 I'm curious. If I see my cruise on the list of sales, is it likely to come up again before the cruise happens or do they just put it on sale list once? They have one of my cruises listed with an ocean view at a good price, but no new price for balconies. Just wondering if the chance to get one will come up again before my cruise in a month? gerif Posted September 3, 2013 #3 Share Posted September 3, 2013 It's possible, I've seen cruises listed more than once. True. Likely depends on how well cabins are selling.
Starry Eyes Posted September 4, 2013 #4 Share Posted September 4, 2013 sometimes I see a cruise on that sale only once. other cruise appear two, three or four weeks. Do there seem to be many balcony cabins available? If only a few show, odds are against balconies going on sale. just a guess, though.
maureencruiser Posted September 4, 2013 #5 Share Posted September 4, 2013 The tuesday sale is for new bookings only. You can't use it to upgrade an existing reservation.
ContessaK Posted September 4, 2013 Author #6 Share Posted September 4, 2013 The tuesday sale is for new bookings only. You can't use it to upgrade an existing reservation. As far as I've read they'll usually work with you to upgrade as long as the new room is a higher price than what you already paid. I upgraded just fine today from an inside stateroom to a corner Oceanview. Paid $10 more per person. Now just crossing fingers for a Balcony upgrade to happen.
