Why doesn't Cruise Critic respond to emails?

I have sent three different emails to Cruise Critic, they haven't replied to any.... :(

Has this happen to you?

No problem with a response to mine...It was from one of the "Hosts"...very helpful.

In my case I E-Mailed them to see if I could mention a certain site. Just to make sure before I got an E-Mail telling me it wasn't allowed and my post would have been deleted.

 

I am glad I did because I was told because that site sold cruises and wasn't part of CC advertisers I could not mention them.

 

I think after so many warnings about breaking their rules you will no longer be allowed to post here and I rather that didn't happen to me.
