LOL, welcome to my world Jacqui:) I am legally blind and have an excuse....EXCEPT that it's my site, I should remember putting it down there....:o:)

And to OP's point, the recipe for Salmon Wellington is there, under fish and seafood - don't know if it's NZ Salmon Wellington, or if there's a difference.

I saw one in this review http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1841439&highlight=lamb+curry&page=8 post #304, it has a layer of rice in it.

 

 

We have a restaurant in our area that makes a Salmon Wellington -- but there is no rice in it.

It is just a wonderful pastry filled with a large piece of salmon and a delightful sauce.
