Bringing wine on board

Bring it on via carry-on, not in your luggage. Can drink in the cabin or by the glass at dinner. Full bottles are subject to a corkage fee in the MDR.

Here's a question for you...................can you open the bottle in your cabin and then bring the bottle to the MDR?

No but you can bring a glass. The bottle if brought with you could be subject to the corkage fee.

You can have the bottle anywhere on board that is not a venue that serves alcohol and not pay the corkage fee. A glass of wine can be carried anywhere.

The corkage fee should be called a service charge. You are subject to the charge when you bring your wine (corked our uncorked) to any restaurant or bar.
