Liquor by the bottle from room service on HAL?

Can anyone confirm if HAL sells liquor by the bottle from room service? The all inclusive drink program is just too expensive for the amount we drink. Still looking at rumrunners flasks but have not purchased yet. In the end would rather just buy a bottle on board.

Liquor purchased in duty free shop is held until the end of the cruise.

However, HAL permits guests to either order in advance of boarding bottles of liquor they can consume in their cabin or can purchase from room service for consumption in cabins.

Yep, they will not let you have the stuff you buy in the duty-free shop which is a darn shame. But they have not problem selling you a lot of the same stuff to use in your cabin, but at a much higher price :(
