Embarkment day on B2B

You can explore Old San Juan on your own, or take an excursion, or stay on the ship on the B2B turnaround day if that is what you prefer.

There are free trolleys to ride around Old San Juan where you can hop on or off, and it is a great town for just walking around.

There are ship excursions and private excursions.

Just for some ideas to get started, here are links to the San Juan forum

Any suggestions of what to do on embarkment day on a B2B. Do most people get off and do an excursion or stay on and watch new passengers board? We will be on Summit in San Juan.

We stay on and enjoy the empty ship while it last and relax.

Bars in the morning, frequently you are not done with the b2b shuffle until around 11ish. Seems some bars open soon after that. Of course, you can cash pay for some things earlier in the day. Kind of a sketchy answer as we don't drink before noon on the ship. (Noon where???)

San Juan, if you haven't been there before get off and take a taxi to Old San Juan. Stay on, if you have, enjoy a minute of solitude.

We are staying in Old San Juan prior to first cruise, was just curious of how B2B works on embarkment day of second cruise. Thanks. :)

We did a B2B in Puerto Rico. You do have to exit the ship through customs but you can get right back on.

When we did it, we were expecting friends so we exited the ship then went around and reentered the building and waited for our friends in the waiting room.

We're doing a B2B in Miami and plan to get right back on the ship and to to the pool area.

I think that an excursion would be great to the Rain Forest.

Good Luck.
