Royal Princess forward cabins

I am booked in E110 and have heard people talk about the wipers from the observation area above getting their balcony wet. How often and when did this happen? Can the people in the observation area see you or are you far enough under it?

Thinking about switching to L103 way forward, but not sure how the wind would affect us since we spend a lot of time on our balcony.

Just back from three weeks on the Royal where we were in E110 for the first week. At least once a day, while sitting on the balcony, we were "rained" on by who knows what. Since we were under the bridge, it likely was someone/something cleaning the bridge windows.
