Incorrect Sunshine Cruise Tomorrow Email?

I just received an email about "my cruise for Feb 23, 2014"… I don't have a cruise booked

I'm not GOING ON A CRUISE TOMORROW. Im not booked for any upcoming carnival cruises. Anyone else get this? Should I be concerned about identity theft or anything?

Hi there!

 

We know you must be really excited about your upcoming cruise aboard the beautiful Carnival Sunshine tomorrow. So, we'd like to take a moment of your time to provide you with some important information.

 

As you may know, the City of New Orleans will be celebrating Mardi Gras soon and some preliminary festivities have been planned in advance of the big day. Tomorrow, local parades will be held in the city and, as a result, heavier than normal traffic is expected in the area and this may affect your commute to the cruise terminal.

 

Therefore, we ask that you plan accordingly and allow ample time to arrive at the port. Check-in for your cruise is scheduled from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm, and we will set sail promptly at 4:00 pm.

 

We can't wait to welcome you aboard for a fun and memorable cruise vacation.

I just got the same email! I'm not going on the Sunshine tomorrow....or at all for that matter. I am booked for a cruise on the Liberty in September though. Wonder what's going on?

Show up at the docks and see if they let you on! :D Maybe someone's taking you on a cruise you didn't know about.

 

Was it addressed to you, or did they perhaps make a mistake on the email address and you got it instead of the right party?

I just got an email that had the following heading: Important information regarding your Carnival Sunshine February 23, 2014 cruise...it also had information about boarding tomorrow.

 

I'm not even going on this cruise. What this a mass email?

Just received the ominous letter from Carnival letting me know not to go to the port in NOLA before 1:30 tomorrow.... trouble is I am not booked on the Sunshine. I know they are giving out free cruises but this is late notice:p

It was me. I just won the powerball jackpot this week and I bought all CC members a free cruise tomorrow on the Sunshine :D:rolleyes::eek:
