edeneyes Posted February 23, 2014 #4 Share Posted February 23, 2014 It has been sporadic for me. Sometimes it brings up a page that says Oops! It's on vacation. If this happens and I refresh one or two times, sometimes it returns.
Cigar King Posted February 23, 2014 #5 Share Posted February 23, 2014 FWIW, next time try this link. http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/http://www.royalcaribbean.com/home.do It will tell you if the problem is just you, or is the site actually down. BND Posted February 23, 2014 #8 Share Posted February 23, 2014 I have a Google Chromebook so I can only use Google Chrome and I have no problem logging into my RCI account. In fact, I just logged in.
mommie_2_3_krazy_teens Posted February 23, 2014 #9 Share Posted February 23, 2014 I can get on the site just fine, but cannot log into my cruise. This happens about every other day. So odd...

tdmullins Posted February 24, 2014 #13 Share Posted February 24, 2014 I use Chrome and after I refreshed it yesterday it worked fine. But I thought it was down all weekend. Not sure when it came back up because I waited so long to try refreshing.

mets07 Posted February 24, 2014 #15 Share Posted February 24, 2014 I am having problems with it today as well. I am using Internet Explorer. Can sign on and even see my reservation but not much beyond that and see an error in red about not being able to retrieve my booking information at this time. goodycruising Posted February 25, 2014 #16 Share Posted February 25, 2014 It has been having issues for months on and off. They are doing a lot of changes on the site it seems, and also it is getting close the 28th feb when some of the sales finish. I see the clearing your cache has been mentioned and a different browser. Sometimes I power the computer off completely too, to give it a good rest for a few minutes. Little bits of stuff hang around.
foxgoodrich Posted February 25, 2014 #17 Share Posted February 25, 2014 I use Safari on a MacBook Pro and I deleted all my RC cookies at the suggestion of another CC member last week - after I did that, everything's been working for me.
