Thats find with me as long as it keeps water cool and soda

 

It should be fine. If you want to keep a bottle of water or a few cans of soda colder, request a wine ice bucket.

I agree with POA1 -- if you want Cold water and Cold sodas -- ask for one of the large ice buckets that they use for wine and put items in there. Your room steward can get the ice bucket for you if there isn't one in your cabin as well refreshing the ice in there.

I like my water Cold.

Every cabin on all the Vista and Signature Class ships have a 'cooler' in the cabin.

 

On the "S" and "R" Class ships, only the cabins with verandahs have a cooler.

 

I think I read all cabins on Prinsendam have a cooler but someone else will have to confirm. That is the only HAL ships we have not sailed.
