Cruise emails not on personalizer

So I went on Documents before I asked here and didn't find it. Then I just went back in. It asked me to confirm my Travel Insurance to print (I didn't want to print it but confirmed anyway), then was able to scroll down and there were the emails. I never actually receive the emails by email, but they appear in personalizer.

So thanks for the information. Princess has really made their new format

strange.

I have been having trouble with the cruise personalizer today. I can log in with my password and both of our upcoming cruises show up. When I click on either of the cruises nothing happens. If I go in using my name, dob and booking number I am able to pull up the cruise. Looks like they are having some issues with the system.

Its not user friendly thats for sure. :(

 

So true. I hunted for the emails for about 20 minutes before I found them.

 

Yet when the changes were first implemented, there was a thread about how great the Personalizer looks now.

 

A pretty web page has no connection to functionality.
