Navigator cabin 1688

This will be our first time on the Navigator.

 

We have cabin 1688.

 

From the deck plan it seems to have a different shape than the other cabins.

 

Has anybody been in this cabin? Can you tell me about this cabin?

 

Is the balcony long and narrow? What type of chairs are on the balcony?

Greetings from Canadian in Bolton, ON,

You will absolutely love it, especially the pole at the end of the bed,

but that is another story (LOL)

We've had 1688 numerous times on various ships. Just loved it.

It is really a large stateroom. Our balcony had 2 chaise lounges,

a table and 2 chairs.

Part of the balcony is covered.

I will try and post a couple of pictures of the room and balcony if I can find them.

That is so funny that you said that! I just booked that room for our cruise in April 2015! There are lots of posts about that one room on this forum. It's a prime room from what Ive read. Would love to read your review when you're done with your cruise. When are ya going?

Thanks for the pictures. We had corner aft cabin on the Inpendence and loved the huge balcony so was hoping this cabin had the same type of balcony.

Awesome cabin. Practically same size as JS but price of D1. Oversized balcony as well. Good job!

Hello! How was your cruise?? Any chance you took any cabin photos you would like to share? I've seen a ton of 1388/1688 interior/exterior photos, but none of the interior since the Navigator has gone into dry dock.
