Have just gotten home from the Allure 27 April sailing and im still having issues enrolling as a C&A member. It says after your first cruise you are eligible to become a member but it says it can't find my sailing when I'm enrolling. Can someone help please ? If after that you still have a problem, I would use the "make an inquiry online" request on the C&A page and write about your issues there. Yes, once you get your C&A number, you should be able to add it using Royal's website. If you have any issues with the website, just call C&A and they will add it.
