Oceania (Jacket) Windbreaker

Friends of mine just returned from Riviera's T/A (Miami - Barcelona) and they saw a passenger wearing a windbreaker with all 5 of the Oceania ships names down one of the sleeves. They said it was a comfortable jacket and really sharp looking.

 

I've prowled their web sites and unable to find any items (caps,t shirts, polo shirts, etc.) for sale. We've sailed on 4 of their ships and, missed out on Nautica and enjoyed every cruise, so would like to find this jacket. Can anyone help?

I can only help you to the extent that I know that those Jackets were never offered for sale commercially.

They were Promotional Gifts which were distributed during the Riviera's maiden season.

 

I don't believe that there is any way to buy one.

The jacket was given to those on Riviera's maiden voyage. I've seen it often and would like one too.

We've travelled on all 5 ships and did get a 5 ship certificate, but no jacket.

 

We did a voyage on Riviera during its first group of sailings.

I was on Riviera's Christening and Maiden voyages, and don't remember a jacket. But, if it's this one, it was a gift to a limited number of folks on the 10th Anniversary cruise to Alaska on Regatta last July.

We wouldn't mind a jacket like that ...

 

Ours date back to Renaissance ... :)

 

Then again, we can still use them ... depending on relative weights, of course!

Sorry Jim, These jackets were handed those out personally by FDR on the REGATTA Alaska 10th Anniversary cruise last summer to Past Guests that were onboard. You were correct they were never for sale and they are gone..
