.....if you are talking about the dark brown wicker loungers and clam shells that are right next to the Vibe area, that is the private sundeck for the Haven complex.

If you're referring to the Portside of the ship that border's Vibe, then yes there are plenty of seats and no, it wasn't AS crowded as the pool area, but later in the cruise it was nearly deserted. Contrary to what I said earlier, they do have a bar, but no cold towels or fruit skewers in the area beside the Vibe that is not the Haven sun deck.
