When we were on the Ventura in December they were operating with both the Cinnamon & Saffron restaurants on freedom dining you could choose which one you went in each night.

Does does any one know if this is still the case and have any other ships adopted more freedom dining opportunities?

We are hoping to do another Caribbean cruise later in the year and are not able commit to early booking so will not be given dining choice so thinking if more freedom dining more chance of being offered that.

Not sure what most people prefer early, late or freedom, we love freedom you can eat on your own if your not feeling talkative or dine with different people each night really interesting.

On Ventura last month they were still operating the 2 freedom dining restaurants. however on boarding you were allocated a restaurant which you had to use for the first 2 nights, after that you could use either. This might be because they have new cruisers arriving half way through the voyage. Or it could be to counter everyone turning up at saffron and generating huge queues when cinnamon is half empty.
