Allure of the seas obstructed Balcony?

Recommended Posts

I'm thinking of booking a ocean view balcony guarantee on Allure. (The price is right!)

When I spoke to RCCL, they advised that the balcony could be anywhere on the ship and could be obstructed. Are there any obstructed view balconies on Allure

Also, Has anyone ever been upgraded from Oceanview balcony (X) to JS under the new C&A upgrade policy

And… Has anyone ever shown up at the dock with just guranatee number and no stateroom assignment?

I really don't care. A balcony on Allure is better than any old day on land regardless but I was just wondering...

Maybe my memory is bad, but I cannot recall an obsructed balcony on Oasis or Allure.

I don't think there are any either. The Quantum and Anthem will have some (at cheaper rates than regular balconies) but the Oasis and Allure do not have any obstructed balconies.

There are a few partially obstructed Boardwalk balconies. If you have a Boardwalk balcony on the top deck and it is very close to the back of the ship when you look sideways out the back of the ship, there is a support beam that blocks a portion of the view out the back of the ship. The view of the Aqua theater and the Boardwalk itself is not obstructed from these rooms.
