Premium Package Champagne

With the premium package can you get champagne by the glass up to $12 then pay the extra over $12 or is this only with the ultimate package.

I believe the only difference between the Premium and Ultimate packages is the addition of specialty coffee, teas and fresh squeezed OJ. (and maybe sparkling water?)

No difference in alcoholic drink limits between Premium and Ultimate packages.
