Hi...we'll be cruising on RCI for the first time in 20 years. Re: the casino. On Princess we can draw money on our room without a penalty or charge. Is it the same on RCI or should we bring extra cash for the slots?

There is a charge, I believe about 3% (?) I bring cash.:D

Unless you gamble enough to be "invited" to Club Royale. Then the 5% fee is waived.

I don't THINK so. I believe that on Princess, there are certain specific ways to gamble without paying a fee, but just withdrawing cash in the casino is not one of them.
