Guess what, tonight we went with our best Friends to celebrate my Birthday & went back to our Friends house for coffee & a wonderful Tiramisu Birthday cake..

Forget the Apple pie as this took the cake!!

P.S. My Friend gave me the leftover cake to take home.. yummy!:):)

I guess we have to wait for the original poster to explain why he created this thread.

The responses on his behalf do seem a little strange to me. People can't explain it except to say it was a joke.

Are threads supposed to be started to make inside jokes as one poster describes the reason for this thread?

I hope all the posters have posted with good intentions just like me.

soccer

You're in good company. Your posts seem a little strange as well.

Seriously folks, I think we're all trying to find a little levity on these boards and that was the original intention of this thread. There are so many "Debbie-downer" threads that it's time we had a few lighthearted ones - and this one started out that way. Lighten up, people, life's too short ! ! ! If your glass isn't half full, grab the bottle of wine and top it off!

Smooth Sailing ! :) :) :)

I was going to suggest topping up with some apple wine, but I think at this point we all deserve a glass of hard cider! Who's buying?
