Can I take a case of Diet Coke on board with me?

I drink Diet Coke, from can only, and I am addicted.

 

If I bring a couple of 12 packs with me can I take them aboard?

 

I dont drink alcohol so no problem there.

Carry-ons have to be able to fit in the xray scanner.

You can also buy more from Carnival and have the coke sent to your room before you arrive. I have done that before.

I believe you can also purchase additional sodas while in ports to bring onboard.

You can absolutely by soda while in port and bring that back on with you as well.

Incidentally, I've never seen a "fountain where the food is" for soda on a Carnival cruise. Soda was always poured from a (warm) can over ice at the bar, even for dinner in the MDR.

To abr5000. The answer is carnival will allow you to bring a 12 pack of soda

20 ounce or less or a 12 pack of water 20 ounce or less per person. I have seen people with a hand cart rolling in a case of soda and a case of water.

What I did not know is if that amount was for two people or four people.

You can bring 12 bottles/cans under 20 ounces each of any non-alcoholic drink per person. It can be any combo, but 12 per person. So, no, you cannot bring a case of soda and 24 waters for 2 people.

if you are asking if its allowed, the answer is no

 

if you are asking if people have done it and sometimes gotten it through.... yes, sometimes

 

you can bring 12 of any non alcoholic beverage (20 ounces or less) so you can only bring 12 each. you can not bring a case of soda (I assume thats 24 and 24 pack of water)
