When served drinks in the Concierge Lounge, can you take them back to your cabin ?

The official policy is no, but the policy is often very sporadically enforced.

We've found they are much more likely (and sometimes suggest) to let you take a drink as you are leaving for dinner.

You cannot order lunch in the CL on Indy. That's only on Oasis and Allure so far.

 

Don't know if Indy is different regarding luggage valet. Royal's website does not mention ship, just port and airline:

The Independence uses the Luggage Valet program, but not all airlines participate. There should be a form in your cabin and it will list the airlines.

Thank you Both, Bob and Marion Mom-ya'll are SO Helpful! We'll be flying Delta as usual, most likely. I read a post that was dated 2013 that said Indy did not have Luggage Valet, so was just checking. Bummer about no lunch in the CL-sure enjoyed it on the Oasis, and they had the best sandwiches and Onion Rings!

They will let you leave the CL with drinks to take wherever you're going. We spent 22 nights on Indy the past 5 months and numerous times people would leave with drinks.

Others would come in to grab drinks to take back to their room to enjoy and the servers were always offering you a drink to take with you.
