Jeep Wrangler rental in Tampa???

Finding Mustang Convertibles but would like something a tad bigger for the 3 of us.

 

We both already drive Wranglers but wouldn't mind getting one. Can't seem to find a place that will rent one for a reasonable price. Don't want to pay a ton when we have 2 sitting in the garage!! :rolleyes:;)

 

Also, staying at Rocky Point for 2 days pre cruise. Any suggestions?? Saw The Hurricane seafood restaurant, will definitely check that out. Anything else???

 

 

It's our 4th time in Tampa, did the Aquarium. Stayed in Ybor so looking for some beachy things!!:)

If the car companies don't carry them, that is all there is to it. Most car companies carry some sort of SUV, but they may be small SUVs, like RAV4, then larger ones like full size Chevys.

Yes thats what we figured. Didnt know if maybe there was a mom & pop operation around that i didnt know of.

The rental companies usually charge ridiculous prices for SUV's, etc. We just rent a standard four door car when in Florida, usually less than half what they would want for something like a jeep.

I think were just going to get a full size and call it a day. Plus with going in January the weather could be questionable. But still better than what we'll be coming from.

 

Any restaurant or sight seeing suggestions??
