Happy Hour on the Grand

On the Grand last week, they did have two daily Happy Hours (in addition to the Drink of the Day “specials”). The HHs were from 3-4pm in the Wheel House Bar and from 11-midnight up in the One5 nightclub. All drinks were 2 for 1 during the Happy Hours. You also got a raffle ticket with each pair of drinks that entered you into drawing held on the last full day of the cruise at 4pm in the wheel House for what ended to be 3 bottles of wine (1 each for 3 winners).

These Happy Hours and the raffle were advertised on a sign at each bar on the ship, but I don’t recall ever seeing any info on them in the Patters. They no longer had the program (I can’t remember the name) where you got a card punched for each purchased drink and when the card was full, it was entered in a drawing to have your entire bar tab paid off.

Anyone else notice this on other ships?

Haven't seen it before, but am hopeful that they will make it company wide! Can you imagine a 28 Day Cruise with Happy Hours every day! Wow, that would be great! :D

It is on the CB. Someone posted the Princess Patters for the Oct. 18th cruise and it was listed in there. 3-4pm Wheelhouse Bar and 11pm to midnight in SkyWalkers. Hoping it will be on the Ruby since we will be on for 26 days (CB and Ruby) and this will definitely help with the bar bill.

We WILL have Happy Hour everyday. Whether the Crown participates is immaterial. :)
