Yes,:) they just started giving double points for singles. I sailed solo

last month and just received the double points. Can't help you with

corkage fee question.

Wine is BIG business for the "modern luxury" set...

 

(Celebrity has the largest Wine Collection at sea)

 

So, I would be really surprised if they ever do away with Corkage Fees for the BYOW Crowd

 

Of course Corkage Charges only apply to Bottles opened outside of one's Stateroom

Not the bottle. Even if you open it in the room, and carry it in, there is a fee. Any unused will be stored for you to finish the next dinner service.

Only if you're daft enough to tell them the glass of wine was poured in your cabin (WestLakeGirl said glass not bottle), otherwise how would they know.
