brookie848 Posted January 25, 2015 #26 Share Posted January 25, 2015 There IS a public restroom about 70 feet from the line. Thanks for confirming!
scrappinannie Posted January 26, 2015 #27 Share Posted January 26, 2015 We were in GC on the Epic in December and had no issues with tendering. We had to wait a few minutes in Taste before we made our way down to deck for the tendering to began, but it wasn't very long and there were several tenders running back and forth. We just made our reservations the night before, especially since we did not take a ship excursion. We had an independent excursion booked with pick up at 8:45 from the cruise terminal and had no issues getting on an early tender or making our pick up time. Was actually a pretty smooth process overall.
racin_onthebrain Posted January 29, 2015 #28 Share Posted January 29, 2015 Just got off the EPIC on Jan 25th. The tender in GC went fine. We waited a few minutes for an empty tender and that took most of the line. Another was docking as we pulled away. We were on shore 4 hours when we got in line. I think we are going to get an early tender the day we board just to be sure we don't miss out.
warriorking Posted January 29, 2015 #30 Share Posted January 29, 2015 (edited) :D Last time I was at GC was aboard the old Norway back in the day... I remember her built in crane lifting and unloading her 2 onboard tenders that held 450 passengers each into the water.. It was like storming the beaches of Normandy when we went ashore...
