Seriously? Because of a flag? This is one of the silliest comments I have seen.

We put items, flags or whatever we may have in our cabin window so it will be easier to see from the dock.

Sounds like you aren't allowed. That's why I see it every cruise. So if the flag has grommets then bring some small suction cups with hooks or bungee cords.

Some people have wayyy too much time on their hands. Next thing you know the side of the ship will be draped with multiple flags/banners from sports teams, countries, states, schools, companies, tv shows etc. making the beautiful ship look low rent.
