What is "Wine Down"?

We were looking at the Compasses for Navigator from August, and several times there is an activity called "Wine Time". It's different from the Lafitte wine tasting thing which is also listed, and apparently also has an extra charge. I can't find a description of it anywhere, but they had me at "wine." :D

 

Can someone clue me in?

I wish I had the Compasses here at work with me -- I can't remember which venue was listed for it.

 

And not sure why I can't edit my own post, but I realize I put "Wine Time" in the body instead of Wine Down. Maybe because it has been that sort of day already and is definitely "wine time" in my head? Lol :p

Maybe it's a play on words IE: "Wind Down"
