Studio B independence of the Seas

We have reserved several cabins on deck 3. They are on either side of Studio B Is it possible to walk on the same deck between cabins or must one go up a deck to get to cabins

You cannot pass through. You must go up or down a deck.

If you mean one stateroom is forward of Studio B and one stateroom is aft of Studio B, then you would have to go up to deck 4.
