NCL freestyle choice promotion question

HELLO EVERYONE

 

WE HAVE A CRUISE TO BERMUDA FOR NEXT YEAR ON THE DAWN TODAY.

WE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE CURRENT PROMOTION (FREESTYLE CHOICE )

 

We have booked a cruise to Bermuda on the Dawn for next year.

We took advantage of the current promotion (freestyle choice)

When I check My NCL under vacation summary this is what I see

the promotion says

My question is Adult Beverage Package and free ultimate beverage package the same?

Ultimate beverage option is only available for guests 25 and older on any sailing from 3/1 - 4/15.

A 20% discount will be given on bottles of wine (champagne and sparkling included) purchased on board, Applicable taxes, US and VAT may apply based on certain destinations.

Does not apply to the Ice Bars. Variety of spirits, cocktails, wines by the glass and bottled or draft beer over $10.

Does not include room service, package sales ,bottled water, ship specific promotions or beer buckets, designated Super Premium brands (subject to change), bottled wine, mini bar purchases, fresh squeezed juices, Lavazza Coffee beverages, wine dispenser, energy drinks or vending machines.

All 3-8 guests will receive a soda package.

Air Credit:

Ultimate dining package:

Unlimited dining at specialty restaurants.

Dining Package excludes Chefs Table, Ocean Blue, Carlos Bakery items, Ice Cream Bar, and Gelato.

A la carte priced restaurants are excluded (i.e. Sushi, Raw Bar, Noodle Bar and Ocean Blue Waterfront).

Entertainment based dining is excluded (Cirque shows, Second City Lunches, Nick Breakfasts, Wine Lovers, Illusionarium).

The A la carte venues and Ocean Blue are not included in the UDP, but will be discounted 20% for those who choose the package.

Entertainment based and Chefs Table dining will not be discounted.

Additional main courses in Cagney's, Le Bistro, and Jefferson's Bistro will be charged at $10.00.

Guests who chose the UDP can reserve the embarkation day performances at no additional cost.

Onboard credit offer:

Per stateroom in U.S. Dollars and will be applied to 1-2 guests on the reservation.

$200 OBC for Oceanview/Balcony/MiniSuite, $300 OBC for Haven and Suite bookings per stateroom Onboard credit has no monetary value and is non-transferable. It may not be used toward onboard service charges or pre-purchased activities.

My PCC could not answer my question

 

Can someone clarify this for me.

I'm assuming you booked a Suite, which gives you all the benefits. Dining, drink and OBC.

 

I would call your PCC back. Ask them to send you an email confirmation indicating all your promotions. Might get a confirmation and Ammenity confirmation. If your PCC can't do this, I would ask to speak to a supervisor and then get a new PCC.

 

I've noticed over the years, information on the My NCL is not always spelled out very clearly. I've seen different amenity totals on my cruises a few times. I always have my printout and luckily have never had a problem when onboard. Always got what I was expecting

If you booked a full suite you get all three promos. UDP, UBP and $300 OBC. Pretty simple.

This was discussed yesterday on another thread.

 

It seems that on myncl it just shows the part of the benefit which applies to you personally. The OBC seems to be split between the first two guests so you only see half of it. I have the same thing on my booking in myncl, but my email confirmation is correct.

 

Get a copy of your confirmation and it should be right there.

I was on the phone with NCL several times Sunday after booking the jade to Greece and not seeing the free beverage and dining package on MYNCL page but they confirmed with me several times that it was there simply next to my room number it shows the promo code of CHODB, I did not get OBC so I was confused as to where to find it.
