Blackjack, a couple different poker games, craps, roulette....and lots of slots! The min. is around $5, unless the casino is really busy...then they up it. They are only open while at sea....usually opening in mid afternoon, to about 2-3 am...again, depending how busy they are..

Table games are black jack, Caribbean Stud, 3 Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold'em ( actually should be called 7 card stud showdown ), roulette and a cash game Texas Hold 'em.

Naturally, there are slot machines.

Cash tournaments are for slots, Blackjack & Texas Hold'em.

Only one craps table on AD. Mr Ski (the craps guru...lol) says (that to the best of his memory) the only ships with more than one are OA and AL.

Appreciate the clarification.:)

There is one craps table on board.

If you are a come bettor there are single odds up to a $25 bet.

Literally double odds at $25 and above with no breakage.

For example if you are a craps player on a land casino with double odds betting $30 on the pass line or a come bet and a 6 or 8 is rolled, you are allowed to bet $100 behind it - a 5 or 9 $80 behind it and a 4 or 10 $60 behind it.

On RCL cruise ships a $30 bet can only have $60 behind it, regardless of number thrown.

Big edge for the house, if you're a serious craps player.

Wow...you must have had different allowances than what Mr Ski has experienced over the years. His experience is that once you hit $15 on the pass line, you can bet up to $25 behind if point is 6 or 8, and $20 behind if 5 or 9 is point, and $15 behind if point is 4 or 10.

both are true. if you bet 25 and over they let you double it. if you're doing 15 dollar bets then like you said, it's up to 25 on 6/8, 20 on 5/9 and still only 15 on 4/10

Glad to hear Mr. Ski received some breakage.

That is why serious gamblers always bet units of 3.

However, on a land casino for a $15 pass line or come bet you are allowed to bet $50 for a 6 or 8, $40 for a 5 or 9 and $30 for a 4 or 10.

Aggressive gamblers use a strategy where they make a pass line bet of 3 units - then make two 3 unit come bets - covering the 6 or 8 if one /or both is not covered by come out rolls.

Continuous pressing of these pass line/come bets, when the number is hit, is how a gambler can maximize his/her profit if a "hot" roll materializes. Unit come/pass line bets increase from 3 to 6, 6 to 9, 9 to 12, etc., while the roll continues.

FYI: To use this strategy (STARTING WITH A $15 BET ) a bankroll of $4,500 is needed to allow for 3 sessions of play. That is why very rarely do you see professionals gamble seriously on a cruise ship, especially RCL.

LOL....Mr Ski agrees with all of that. However, he is not a professional gambler. He only does it for fun on ships. The craps table is his "spa". lol We are happy to play at a "fun" table rather than a "professional table". lol
