Breakaway/getaway crew service elev.

Does anybody know where the crew/service elevator is located either on the breakaway or the getaway?

I was on the Getaway on deck 12 (cabin 12710). The crew elevator was located through a door a short distance from my cabin. I think the door was beige.

Generally, I've found them to be in the white spaces behind the public elevator banks. This may/may not apply to all ships.

There will be several banks of crew elevators. They will be in the "white" area forward of the forward staircase, and aft of the aft staircase.

As chengkp75 states we have always found the crew elevators to be passenger elevator behind them crew stairs, landing, crew elevator. This seems to be consistent across the 3 ships we have sailed.

Also on Getaway deck 12, across from 12286, so the big white space behind passenger stairs. This crew door slammed loud and often. It really needed one of those hinge things to prevent that. Hopefully they did something about it. It was ridiculous.

You're correct about 12286. My mom stayed in that cabin while I was in 12710. The door leading to the crew elevator is very heavy and does slam hard.

there are alot of crew/service elevators, there is one just outside of the Haven on the "away" ships.

Besides elevators you might want to worry about; kitchens, storage, working machinery, linnen carts and all other neccesary utilities the great white space hides from sight..
