sharonlacey Posted February 21, 2015 #1 Share Posted February 21, 2015 Was reading that they do not put cushions on balcony furniture in the suites? What the heck, sitting on hard rattan lounger is like laying on a board. Does anyone have info on why?

Robyn was able to see the navigator docked beside them in Cozumel and they had the cushions. Who knows, maybe the order for new cushions was delayed. sharonlacey Posted February 21, 2015 Author #4 Share Posted February 21, 2015 We are on Legends hopefully they will have cushions on the loungers. DH's favorite spot;). He would not be happy lying on a board, lol.
Clamett Posted February 21, 2015 #5 Share Posted February 21, 2015 We were on the Freedom last August and they didn't have the cushions on the loungers.

beachnative Posted February 21, 2015 #8 Share Posted February 21, 2015 Does the "Suites Sun Deck" on the Allure still have cushions???
cb at sea Posted February 21, 2015 #9 Share Posted February 21, 2015 Apparently, it's hit or miss...either you'll have them, or not! If you don't, ask for a blanket, fold it a couple of times, and it should provide some cushioning.

bighairtexan Posted February 21, 2015 #13 Share Posted February 21, 2015 I had cushions in the Royal Family suite in December on Navigator. Filthy stained disgusting cushions. Maybe that's why they're getting away from them. At least the aft balcony cushions were really grimy looking. First we tried wiping them down to no avail. Then we asked our steward. But I'm assuming it was dirt and soot and it was embedded. If I can find my photos I'll post them (who am I kidding, that sounds like work :D )
cruisegirl1 Posted February 21, 2015 #14 Share Posted February 21, 2015 Considering those who brag about a "balcony club", I am glad not to have cushions on the chairs. M
