FLL Restaurant Recommendations

Any restaurant recommendations for dinner pre-cruise along Ft Lauderdale beach near the port. We arrive early Friday afternoon, staying on 17th St., leaving Saturday on the cruise.

S3 at the Hilton has a great ambiance and beach view....the food is hit or miss though. I also like Beauty and the Feast at the Atlantic Hotel, and Steak 954 in the W Hotel. If you just want something really casual, Lulu's Bait Shack overlooks the beach and has pretty good food.

Coconuts isn't on the beach but is directly on the intra-coastal. I love their lobster rolls and an appetizer called scoobies (crab claws in spicy oil and garlic).

We love both Casablanca (3049 Alhambra) and H2O (101 South Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd.). Both are right across the street from the beach. We take the trolley over and back.
