Where Is Ruby This December ???

I found this a bit odd...

 

Ruby Princess sails NORTH from L.A. to Vancouver on November 25th, and then disappears off the schedule until December 15th.

 

Is she going into DRY DOCK in Vancouver ??

My info says that she is in drydock from December 3rd through the 15th. Most likely in Victoria...

She probably is in dry dock in the Esquimalt graving dock in Victoria.

Thanks for the responses. That's what I thought. Very odd to be heading in that direction in December. Might be a good cruise, the repositioning one, but could have some heavy seas.

Hmmmm? We are booked on the Ruby out of Los Angeles to Hawaii round trip 15 days from November 15 to 30, 2015...

After that I believe she is doing either a CA coastal or Mexico before heading for Hawaii again in December...

We have done the Hawaii cruise several times and enjoy the cultural activities on those long sea days; but this year I noticed they have cut back on the number of Hawaii runs they are offering and hope they haven't eliminated the great cultural Ambasadors they have had in the past when they did the B2B turn around cruises to the islands.

We go out of Los Angeles to Hawaii on Dec 18th. Hopefully they will have time to fix whatever needs fixing. LOL

My sources agree - at Victoria from December 3-15. Lucky for those guests on Christmas cruises. Cheers!

Yes, for sure in dry dock, but I don't know what she's having done.
