Cabins may not be ready until later 1-1:30pm except for the suites they will usually be done first

We do not usually go to the port until after 1pm ..no fuss no muss then ;)

The cruise booklet that you will receive about 4 weeks before embarkation will specifically list the boarding time for your category. A word about boarding at the Port of Miami ... the doors to the terminal are not open much in advance of the earliest boarding time.

Tampadee- We are booked on your cruise and our documents say 1:00pm - this is noted on page 4 in the Cruise Vacation Guide (blue book) you should have received a few weeks ago. See you on board!! Jimmy

Yes but - as noted above all depends on the category of suite/cabin the OP has booked. Normal cabins - 1300 as you say. Suites 1100 and PH 1200.

Last time we took Oceania, in an Oceania suite, we found to our delight at check in that we could go direct to our suite. Later when having lunch around 1300 we started to hear announcements regarding readiness of various categories. So it all depends on where s/he is booked.

But as you say, the cruise doc brochure is very specific. On our 1 april cruise we are to board at 1100 or rather we may board at 1100 if we like. No "have to" as long as you are on board 2 hrs prior to sailing time.

It varies and because the housekeeping staff is really overworked on Riviera -- Occupancy for suites being ready was 1:30PM for PH, 2:30pm Concierge and 3pm for all others.

Also we arrived at 12:15 pm in a B3 cabin and were allowed right on board and went to the Terrace for lunch and waited for our cabin to be ready in the Library/Barista's.

Forgot to mention on my earlier post that 1:00pm is for our cabin on deck 7 - just check your paperwork so you don't arrive too early- I can only imagine what the staff has to do to turn around the ship- On our previous cruise we checked in- walked around scoping everything out (our first Oceania cruise), had lunch/drinks at the Terrace and RELAXED. By then our room was ready, luggage waiting for us.
