Has anyone done the Chefs tanle on the Crown RECENTLY? is it really worth what is charged for it?

Thanks

It's worth it. The drinks and gifts alone are worth it. It does take about 3-4 solid hours, the drinks are awesome, the food is awesome and the whole entertainment is wonderful. I'd do it again.

Hi There

Chefs table is always good, however some are just amazing,

do not be shy in finding matire d and letting him know what you like or do not like

in chefs tables of old you would get an interview with the maitre d but this seems to have gone away,

yours Shogun

Every time I try to book now they have veal as the main dish. Quite a few people will not eat veal on ethical grounds.

The best main course at Chef's Table I ever had was on an Arctic cruise on Ocean Princess, a flambe'd trio of steak, reindeer and something else on an iron tree, called Il Popo after a volcano. tasty and creative. And not veal.

They are reluctant to tell you what the menu will be, merely asking if you allergic to anything - in which case you are normally excluded.
