Bermuda Cruises - Casino

I thought there was a change a while back in regards to the ships casino being open now while docked in Bermuda - can anyone please provide info on this? If it is now open, what time of day does it open and for how long? Thanks!

Bermuda's Cruise Ship (Casino) Act 2013: On-board casinos can now operate between 9pm and 5am

The Casino is open from 9pm until 5am when in port in Bermuda.

New but ships can now open casinos in the evenings.

I don't know but think it might have something to do with Veendam (one of the very few ships that can fit to dock in Hamilton) stopped sailing to Bermuda when they continued to deny permission for the casino to be opened. When they reversed that decision, HAL agreed for Veendam to return to Bermuda.
