Which cruise terminal? There are three in the area, Cape Liberty in Bayonne, NJ, Manhattan Cruise Terminal and Brooklyn Cruise Terminal. If it's either Manhattan or Brooklyn I'd be inclined to recommend Dial 7 http://www.dial7.com or Carmel Limo http://www.carmelimo.com as those cruise terminals are in NY City. I also wouldn't discount using either of them if you're going to Cape Liberty.
