Good cruise movies?

I did the same recently for the same reason!

I did a Google search and came up with:

Speed 2: Cruise Control (although it's a really bad movie)

Going Overboard (again, a really bad movie though; it's a very old Adam Sandler movie)

And lastly, although this is not about a cruise ship: World War Z. They mention the Carnival Dream in the movie, which I get a kick out of since it's the boat I'll be on in October, and it's nice to know that it will survive the zombie apocalypse, lol!

I love Planes Trains and Automobiles but dang...the ending is such a huge downer. Makes me cry every time and I'm a 38 year old man!
I feel a little sad at first... but they invite him in... and he had a wonderful happy smile... John Candy was great...:D:D Edited by cruzn buckeye

Just about every movie that involves Cruise Ships will feature what cruising use to be like rather than today's reality .

Was it better then ? Who knows , just more $$ then and a very different onboard experiences and features. The ship seems to be the attraction, rather than the sea, nowadays.
