How to get Partners Captain Clubs details

Hit a snag during on line check-in. I've been able to load my Captain Club details no problem - but my wife's details I can'r see on line anywhere. I've done the "find your Captain Club" web page and guess what.... it's not working!

 

Can'r seem to find our last cruise on line where it might show the info, but that's gone as well.

Recommend that you phone the Captains Club for help .This is their toll free tel # :1-800-760-0654

 

They should be able to assist you .just be patient ,as they do have a wait on the phone .I put the call on speaker & wait for a live person to answer .some times it takes 10 to 15 minute wait
