Is there any differences between Explorer and Voyager?

They are virtually identical now.

The Voyager's Café Promenade has fixed stools in front. The Explorer has all moveable furniture. :D

I liked that fixed bar area.

 

However, I believe someone posted a post dry dock photo of that area, and I think the fixed bar/stools are gone.

 

The oculus is still there.
