"My Reservations" On Royal's Website

I have a cruise booked for next March. I used my travel agent as I always have. My cruise after booking originally showed up when I log on to Royal's website like it normally would, reflecting everything including the travel agent I booked through.. I went in last night, and it shows I have no reservations, and the same this morning. I tried the "Don't see your reservation" but it says my name isn't on the reservation so I can't have it under my cruises. Is this just another Royal Caribbean's awful website issue, or should I be concerned?

Probably should call RC to double check. Then perhaps contact your TA if you still have any questions.

I would contact C&A and make sure there is nothing wrong with the booking.

I would definitely call your TA. I don't believe Royal will talk to you if you booked through a TA. But your TA should be handling any problems.

 

Strange that it was there, and has now disappeared!

My 3 reservations 2 with a TA disappeared yesterday but are all back today. It's not the first time that has happened. Very strange.

Saturday, particularly Saturday night = weekly website maintenance for Royal Caribbean.

 

THIS HAPPENS EVERY SATURDAY. The threads happen every Saturday.

 

Everything should be back to normal for everyone today.

Disappearing reservations have happened to me also. Thanks for letting us know about the website maintenance.

They were doing maintenance yesterday as I couldn't access the site but it came back that evening.

I am sure it is another page in the awful RCCL website. yesterday I could not check on anything on line. It would just post a blank page.

That being said. I would make sure nothing has happened to your res. but Seems like just the Fischer price my first website team is at it again.
