It's only opened for a few hours on most afternoon/evenings. They have small samples of items from the different specialty restaurants... Walk up, grab a plate...

We have seen it on Miracle and Pride and some tasty snacks but only open about half the days of the cruise.

There is a schedule that is posted on the counter. I find it a great option. I've gotten seconds a few times on the soups. :)

Usually open on embarkation day and sea days. Some things to try, and it's just a small taste. "Taste Bar" is an appropriate name. You walk up and take a plate, say hello to the chef(s), take your plate to a seating area. Some ships may also offer drink specials to coincide with the taste bar offerings.

Actually I wouldnt. If you see the recipe it will be terribly unhealthy and never have another of their meatballs.
